Lazy Stripes

I consider this look a transition between school norm and walking casual. I had to go to school before heading to SM Seaside City Cebu for my cousin's birthday dinner.
I went to school in my black pants, (not so) white shoes and NSTP T-shirt. And to get rid of all the unwanted fabric required for a completely new get-up that I have to stuff in my bag, I only brought with me a white v-neck shirt (although I despise v-necks) and a striped black and white cardigan to fill in the canvas and to spare me from the frostbite SM Seaside's always-on-fullblast AC has to offer. Lol. I Also wore a gold watch (like I always do) because aside from it's the only decent watch I have, I believe it would go nice with black and white.
This scheme is very safe given that black and white never fails to complement each other. Also, I believe it's very easy to hack. I mean, who doesn't have a pair of black jeans and white shirt in their closets? Plus it's really easy to find a layering piece similar to what I got here.

What I wore:
Top: Baleno V-neck Store
Cardigan: Whoops
Shoes: Adidas
Pants: Thrifted
Watch: Timex

Nature Calls. For a Little Help

In our school, we are required to plant trees, 12 of them, for our National Service Training Program. My colleagues and I decided to take advantage of the semestral break for this activity.

No. This is not a paid ad.
icky sticky somethings

Planting partner Xyra Alcos

The area was along the coastal area of Brgy Bakhaw (vernacular for mangrove) in Cotcot, Liloan. I expected it to be easy because we chose to plant mangroves. I thought making holes in soft soil (or was it sand? Not sure) would cost no sweat. I was wrong.

The gang

I hope you find the courage to grow

Hello, stranger.

People who left me while I was taking pictures. I love you guys.

Though it was tiring, it was just as fun and a whole lot fulfilling. The fact that mangroves grow at a slow rate, and that there are factors that threat their very survival, makes it more rewarding if we find out that they survived.

Ugly Christmassy Button Down

It has only been a month since college started and it already feels like two. Dang, ain't it exhausting?

Anyways, two weeks before school started, my friend and I decide to meet and catch up a bit. It was spontaneous and unplanned. And it happened that he brought along with him his camera (yes, we took pictures)

I look wrong.

I feel like no one ever goes to this part of the internet and by "feel like" I mean "know". Lol. I'm gonna keep doing this though.

 What I wore:
Hat: Still not telling you. lol.
Top: White Gold. Seriously.
Shorts: These are grandma's. Still not joking.
Sandals: You can't see them but they were the ones I wore on my last post so check it out
Still poorly named right?

Let me know if you've been here by commenting "You suck" on my latest IG post when this was posted.
I'll look retarded saying "Thank you" to anyone who'll do that. Lol.

I took pictures of my friend too but he didn't send me any of them ( I didn't ask lol)
Go check out his blog. Maybe it's there.

I've been very busy but I know you don't care.

I've been saying a lot of things. I have to stop.

Farewell Act

Before flying to Palawan for college, my friend Brittny decided to take us out for a treat! Hurrah!

But unfortunately, I wasnt able to go. Bummer. I failed to slave myself enough to get a ticket out of the house.

It's a good thing my mom has a heart. She allowed me to go out and spend the next day with Brittny: To help her pack a boatload of valuable things essential for her survival in the island. And some other random things like apple cider and christmas lights. Seriously.

After we are sorta done, we went out for a picturepicture session in a parking area of a newly opened mall in the next municipality. Here are some of the photos.

I'm just gonna walk here tryna look like I don't see a camera up ahead.

You may disagree but I find this photo cool tbh.

God Bless in Palawan, Lerde!

What I wore:
Hat: Secret. Lol
Inner piece: Baleno
Denim jacket shirt thingy: Forever 21
Jeans: Thriftshop
Footwear: SM Milanos

You can notice that this post is poorly named. Forgive me. Lol

Sharply Blunted

My sister is one stubborn little brat. Well, at least to me. Like, she never believes what I say and she never does what I tell her to do. I'm still not used to it. Why the eff? But when it comes to getting her dressed up, she suddenly becomes all nice and polite. Wise for a six year old, I guess? So here's what we were able to come up that day.
She wants to be Barbara from Asia's Next Top Model so bad. Lol
She had tantrums when we were at SM's F21 boutique that day because she wanted to get a hat like this for herself! Mom didn't get her one though.
Yeah. I need more practice. And a new camera, too! Lol. Tell mom pls.
